This is to officially inform you that Microsoft has confirmed that the MFA outage from yesterday has been resolved.    

This is to alert you that Microsoft is currently experiencing an outage, which is impacting the ability to utilize multi-factor authentication in numerous regions. The fix for the time being if a user absolutely must get in, a global administrator can log into the MFA portal and temporarily disable MFA on their account.
