Updated feature: Encryption updates in Outlook for Mac and Outlook for Windows We are updating the way to encrypt emails in Outlook for Mac and bringing a consistent approach in the ribbon for both Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (S/MIME) and information rights management (IRM). This functionality is now under a new command for Office 365 organizations in both Outlook for Mac and Outlook for Windows. This feature has begun rolling out to all Office 365 organizations. Outlook mobile simplifies its sync technology We're making some changes to the architecture for Outlook for iOS and Android. Today, we are announcing the evolution of the Outlook mobile architecture by removing the Stateless Protocol Translator in Azure and using a native Microsoft sync technology, connecting Outlook for iOS and Android directly to Exchange Online. Update: Microsoft Teams trial for commercial cloud customers is now available   Major Update: General Availability As we originally communicated in MC136565 in May of this year, we’re releasing a free 1-year trial of Microsoft Teams for any user of Office 365 or Azure Active Directory (AAD), even if the user is not yet licensed for the service.
