  Organization: HCS COMPANY MICROSOFT SERVICES Yammer group files in Office 365 connected groups will now be stored in SharePoint     Major update: General Availability rollout started Applied to: All customers     We'll be gradually releasing a new feature where all new files posted in Yammer groups that are Office 365 connected will be stored in SharePoint. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID: 26821 . [How does this affect me?]   With this functionality all new files posted in Office 365 connected Yammer groups will now be stored in the SharePoint account that is associated with the Office 365 Group. Keep in mind that existing files, files in unconnected groups, and files in private messages will not be impacted by this change and will continue to be stored in the legacy

M icrosoft MFA Outage Update We wanted to alert you that Microsoft is again experiencing an outage, which is impacting the ability to utilize multi-factor authentication in numerous regions. The fix for the time being if a user absolutely must get in, a global administrator can log into the MFA portal and temporarily disable MFA on their account. Once the issue is resolved by Microsoft, you will be able to once again use the MFA feature.  We will notify you when there is resolution from Microsoft.
