Office for Windows - Insider: Accessibility checker reminders before saving a PDF. PDFs can be difficult for people with disabilities to read if the source Office document is not accessible before saving to PDF. The Accessibility Checker can remind people who create PDFs to investigate recommendations what would make the PDF more usable for people with disabilities.

Office for Windows - Insider: Always find the right way to say it with Rewrite in Word. Ever found yourself repeating phrases or looking for better expressions when writing in Word? Check out Rewrite in Word to quickly find alternative expressions for phrases in your writing. With only a few clicks you can get suggestions for better ways to get your point across.

Office for Windows - Insider: Find the icon you’re looking for faster. With hundreds of Office icons to choose from, it can sometimes be difficult to find just the one you’re after. Is that hiker under “Nature and Outdoors” or “People” you may wonder. Don’t spend time scrolling, just use the new Icon search instead!

Office for Android. Get things off your list! In Excel, when an existing thread no longer requires action, just select Resolve to collapse comments and let open items stand out. In addition, we have added another layer of security to Outlook to make your mobile email experience more secure.

Office for iOS. We heard you! We have added another layer of security to your mobile experience by digitally signing and encrypting your emails, and ensuring senders and recipients have the right credentials to view content on their mobile devices. You can now also update the meeting time for recurring events in an Outlook series at once!

Office Telemetry Dashboard is being removed from Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. The first version of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise without Office Telemetry Dashboard will be Version 2208, which is expected to be available first in Current Channel in the second half of August 2022. Note: If you do not use Office Telemetry Dashboard, you can disregard this message. Components of the Office Telemetry Dashboard will no longer be available in Version 2208 or later including the Office Telemetry Agent, Office Telemetry Processor, and the dashboard itself.
