Microsoft is retiring Clutter from #Office365

Reminder: Clutter for Outlook is being retired beginning January 31, 2020

 

 

Major update: General Availability rollout started

Applied to: All customers

 

 

As announced in MC173616, Feb 2019, we will be retiring the Clutter feature from Outlook beginning January 31, 2020. To help our users manage their mail and be productive, we are leading with the Focused Inbox experience which provides a similar benefit as Clutter by showing less important and urgent mail in Other.

[How does this affect me?]
You are receiving this message because our reporting indicates the following users in your organization are using this feature and will no longer be able to use Clutter, when this change is implemented.

Mailbox GUIDs:
{TenantSpecificInfo}

To identify the impacted users:

  1. Copy the list of mailbox GUIDs into a text file

 

  1. From PowerShell run this command pointing to the location of the text file:

 

    • Get-Content .\<File Location> | ForEach-Object {Get-Mailbox -Identity $_ | Select-Object Name, Alias, WindowsEmailAddress} | Format-Table -AutoSize

 

  1. Output will display Name, Alias and WindowsEmailAddress
