Microsoft Kaizala Pro to be added to your Office 365 subscription

Major update: General Availability rollout started

Applied to: All Customers

In the coming weeks, Microsoft Kaizala Pro will be added to your Office 365 subscription.

[How does this affect me?]
Microsoft Kaizala Pro is a simple and secure mobile chat app for work, with easy sign-up using just a phone number. It enables users to connect and coordinate work across networks of people spanning first-line workers, vendors, partners, suppliers, and customers.

Once added to your service plan, Kaizala will be off-by-default for your organization. You can choose to enable it for your tenant on the Kaizala management portal by signing in using your Office 365 admin credentials.

Though off by default for your organization, Kaizala Pro licenses will be assigned to individual users. You can manage user licenses through standard license management procedures.

Once enabled, your users can link their Office 365 account on the Kaizala mobile app, and they can start using the Kaizala management portal to create and manage groups, generate reports and more.

[What do I need to do to prepare for this change?]
If you are not planning to enable Microsoft Kaizala for your organization, there is no action required by you.

If you would like to enable Kaizala, please follow the instructions for tenant-level admin control.
